Accounting services

Our services start even before our client starts their activity by advising in the choice of the form of business activity to be run, choice of the appropriate taxation principles, informing Clients of possible dangers, profits and risks resulting from the regulations and the specific character of their activity. 

In the course of our activity we regularly react to any events which may result in fiscal risk for both the benefit and loss of our Client and the Revenue Office.

We keep records that meet legal requirements for tax and accounting regulations. We prepare and send off all income statements, financial statements, represent our Clients before authorities and during fiscal audits and preliminary investigations.

Every month our Clients receive a complete documentation necessary to meet public and legal obligations as also information on their financial situation and the company condition. What is more, on request, we prepare reports aiming to control, inter alia, liabilities and receivables, profitability of selected sectors of our Client's activity, control of costs, draw up statistical reports and other accountancy related documents.

We prepare reports and management information in Polish, German and/or English.

We guarantee a high quality timely service provision in accordance with the contract made and with the information and documentation we receive from the Client. We also guarantee full confidentiality.

Accounting ledgers are based on an advanced platform CDN OPTIMA by Comarch, which guarantees an up-to-date reporting, data control and quick and reliable operation owing to its continuous update and flexible use of available electronic technology systems. 

HR and payroll services

We offer full HR and pay-roll services, including the following:

• calculation of remuneration for the Client’s staff,
• maintaining and updating of personal files in accordance with relevant regulations,
• full pay-roll documentation of the employees,
• discharging/settling social insurance statements - ZUS,
• employment and income certificates.

On the Client's request we pay salaries to our Client's employees, represent the Client before Social Insurance Company (ZUS), prepare statistical reports and other including those for State Fund for Rehabilitation of People with Disabilities (Państwowy Fundusz Osób Niepełnosprawnych), Employment Office, and those connected with employment at the Client's company.

Help in contacts with financial institutions, other services and help in running business activity

We help our clients in presenting and forecasting their market achievements and financial situation before financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, EU funds, etc. The team’s expertise in the scope of financial analysis and accountancy allows us to negotiate on behalf of the Client in order to gain funds for financing their activities. We additionally provide other financial services such as: credit applications, company value assessments, business plans, documentation needed for acquiring public aid from the EU and so on. We also help our Clients to select proper insurance, deal with legal advisory and chose other specialists to cope with running a business.
